  I brought two bags to be shipped. I was told they would both be shipped the following day and that it would take two days. They charged me an arm in a leg for packing materials, a box and shipping. Turns out all they did is throw the items into a box. No packing materials whatsoever! But the worst part is one box showed up and the next one, never did. Five days later I called them and it turns out they had never shipped it. I was informed after I described the item that it was sitting behind the front desk. I was told they didn’t have a box to fit it in. Never once did they contact me about this even though they had my phone number and email address. Unbelievable! If I hadn’t called, it would definitely still be sitting there. But the woman told me she would go get a box and ship it. It finally came. But I would never trust them again with my packages. The box came almost a week after it was supposed to come, and it was completely crushed. They literally just took what I gave them and threw it in a box and put two pieces of tape. Yet it cost me almost $200 to have two bags shipped Just about 400 miles away. They are fine if you are going to drop off an Amazon package and get a receipt. Beyond that, I wouldn’t use them for anything.

  Very easy to manage Amazon returns. Staff is quick and efficient and process everything correctly. They manage lines and customers graciously and are very professional

  Extremely disappointing first experience at this UPS Store. I paid over $70 to ship a package, but no one explained that they have urgent or accelerated service as well since I did mention that it’s urgent. My package was delayed because it was sent by ground service. Better communication with first-time customers would have prevented this.

  The employee was not professional. They asked charges to print the label and then added an additional charge to apply tape to the box.

  The guy who works here is great! I came in to send a pair of pants back, and this guy made it quick, easy, painless, and pleasant! Give him a raise and a promotion!!!
