  Staff are very helpful here, very fast, never much of a line. They have multiple employees working to ensure it is as efficient as possible. They help you figure out what service you need and do whatever you need. I appreciate their help.

  Our fella Dylan is working at this UPS location me and Danna from Jake’s Gourmet Popcorn we frequently see Dylan there because we know him in PEP we drop and ship out packages and mostly he attends me and Danna

  Employees do a great job here. If you show up prepared with a pre purchased shipping label it takes like 10 seconds. Unfortunately like half their customers show up unprepared and waste everyone's time.

  Best customer service I've experienced in years! I was there on 2/26/2022 just before the store closed for the day. The Amazon return system required customer send email for return label. I didn't have my reading glasses and couldn't. As I was about to leave the UPS Representative volunteered to send email on my cell phone. The other Representative quickly retrieved label from printer. Great job guys!
