  $2.50 to fax a document is bad enough but the equipment is painfully slow and constantly kicking back errors. Unreal. Staff was nice though so there's that. Thanks I guess.

  The female employee there was super helpful, saw I was picking up an envelope but already had a printed label and told me the envelope is included and helped me put the documents in and got it sent out quickly. I really appreciate it! Amazing service deserves recognition, please reward that employee. May 29 2026 at 12 noon
