  Incredible, fast service! Had a completely dead battery and was dreading dealing with it, but the team at Advance Auto Parts made the whole experience painless. They tested my old battery right away, helped me pick the right replacement, and installed the new one on the spot within minutes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had me back on the road in no time. Fantastic customer service—highly recommend this location! Look for Dan, he’s GREAT!

  I have shopped at Advance Auto for many years, and I have always been very satisfied with my shopping experiences. I'd like to highlight James and his team members at store 02041. He went above and beyond to help me with my current issue. Not only did James examine the specific issue regarding my car, but he also demonstrated what I need to do to fix the problem. Also, James showed me which products to purchase and how to apply them. Moreover, James's team members assisted in locating a specific item. I was very impressed because the team members jumped into action without James asking for help. You have a solid team at store 02041, and that carries tremendous weight. Well done, Advance Auto, James, and everyone at store 02041!

  I recommend this location for their knowledge and customer service. The staff and manager on duty helped us with researching and troubleshooting for my friend's vintage car parts and possible solutions despite the busy atmosphere. We walked away with some useful ideas and tips from James the store manager. We are very grateful for his knowledge and assistance. A great deal of expertise in one location.
