  Shout out to Mr. Irle and the Advance Auto Team for their excellent customer service and quality care. My car died in the parking lot in front of the store. Mr. Irle did a complimentary check on my battery and alternator and found out they were dead. He then called a local mechanic across the street and arranged for my car to be seen. I had to have my car towed to the gas station but when I got there a bay was open for it. The service didn't stop there. Mr. Irle and Team worked with the manager at the gas station to locate a replacement alternator for me because there weren't any in the area, picked it up and delivered it to the shop. NOW THAT IS HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you all for your caring and providing assistance in getting me back on the road.

  I have shopped at Advance Auto for many years, and I have always been very satisfied with my shopping experiences. I'd like to highlight James and his team members at store 02041. He went above and beyond to help me with my current issue. Not only did James examine the specific issue regarding my car, but he also demonstrated what I need to do to fix the problem. Also, James showed me which products to purchase and how to apply them. Moreover, James's team members assisted in locating a specific item. I was very impressed because the team members jumped into action without James asking for help. You have a solid team at store 02041, and that carries tremendous weight. Well done, Advance Auto, James, and everyone at store 02041!
