  I have purchased numerous parts that were totally bad to start with. Not to mention the amount of times I’ve been given the wrong part all together. For example I took a belt in that was wrong that I purchased from there was told they couldn’t exchange it or give my money back because the belt wasn’t faulty??? THEY literally gave me the wrong part!!! So I purchased another belt and I was specific. My vehicle is sohc with a/c. This clown who is supposed to be a manger gives me the belt for the push rod motor instead which is any an inch or so bigger and will not work on my vehicle. So we call and he says he gave me the right belt it’s what the computer called for!!! NO NO NO even on their website it ask you specifically and if you enter it correctly you get an entirely different belt!!! If you enter the belt in he gave me it straight says DOES NOT fit your vehicle!!! This dude has been completely rude basically on every occasion over the last year or so and @Advance Auto Parts if this is the best you have to offer when it comes to employees especially managers then you have a major issue!!! I’ll never be going back to this advance after I get this belt taken care of and will do everything in my power to avoid ever using one again!!!! I bought 2 alternators both bad bought 2 pedal position sensors both bad had to go to a shop and blow more money cause none of it made sense and they told me the parts were bad!!!! Advance tested the alternators themselves and seen they were bad!!! And despite replacing literally everything to do with the charging system I still got a battery light and it will not charge a battery!!!!! Advance Auto you just suck period

  My truck battery died and after jumping the battery the transmission was stuck in first gear due to improper load of the computer. I crippled it over to the Advance Auto 15 minutes before closing. The guys were already closing up. They went into action, checking my original battery that was 6 years old, let me decide if I wanted to buy a new one. Before installing, they installed the memory saver on my truck, installed battery, and made sure it started and it cured my transmission issue. They never once made me feel bad for rolling in 15 minutes before closing on a Weds. night and they did not rush or short cut the battery installation. A+ service that is rarely seen in this world. Thank you!!!! Keep up the great work.

  Horrible experience lately in Fairlawn. My elderly dad called in for parts and was told they'd be ready for me to come pickup. Arrive to shop and apparently nobody knows who took the call not only 30min ago. Super unhelpful staff with an attitude. I get it's a huge corporation these people work for, yet the slightest bit of customer care would have went a long way for me. We're already high strung from car repairs and the added nonsense of bland unhelpful staff only made it worse. Do better or get a different job.

  Called about a part for my brother's car, already had it ready to go when I got there. Exceptional service and knowledge. Appreciate that.
