    Inattentive staff. I needed help with printing a label and they just told me to go to the computer and didn’t assist me further. They have a label that says there’s a $2.00 charge to use the computer and debit cards/ cash aren’t accepted, only credit cards. On the computer there was no clear navigation on how to print, and on top of that the workers were talking so I was left with no assistance. I decided to just leave and log out, but what really upset me is when they charged me $5.00 instead of $2.00. In retrospect it’s not a big deal, but given the negative experience and the upcharge was ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE I’d recommend going anywhere but here

    DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING BE WARE. These people do not care about you or finding anything out, my package WAS LOST BY UPS- I had it sent to this location for pick up and was told it was holding at this locatiok … when I got there the lady was rude and told me she did not know where my package was which she told me to call the 1800 number ( which I had done the day before and the service member told me to check with the shipper whiz I did and they sent me notice of it being delivered there. Funny because the guy said that it just hadn’t been scanned and that that’s why they can’t track it which I’m sorry very conflicting information…. Trying to find some kind of location- then being told my package was not there even though I was told it was. BOTH ladies were rude and unhelpful and did not try to figure out anything other than telling me I need to wait and they don’t know where or what anything is. AGAIN MIND YOU my FIANCE WENT IN the day before to inquire and the same lady was RUDE TO HIM. I go back a THIRD DAY as I was emailed that my package was at the location ONCE AGAIN … I get there and I am met with a guy that refuses to help me but helps my fiancé ( white) lol why when I asked for information he told me to “be quiet and stop talking” I’m so sorry but this is soo poor. Pleaseeee revisit who the owner is

    Short dark hair staff (woman I presume, but ypu never know these days) was very rude. No customer service skills.
