  This store was the best I brought in a huge amazon return and originally amazon didn't provide a label, the employees helped me over an hour talk with amazon on my behalf and took great care of me id recommend this store for anyone!

  They recently renovated the store and while its a work in progress I really like it. I feel like I can tell they've been changing how things are run over here. Fast service, never have too much of a line, prices are low, sometimes gets busy around rush hour. I would recommend Also good to mention you should be aware on if your package from amazon is customer packed or no box no label

  i came here because i was moving to new york and needed to ship a bunch of my items up there, they helped me and gave me the best price available. they were all very kind also!

  Extremely rude did not read documents did not follow Virginia law for notary. I came in and before I could talk to her the two women were already refusing me service. I was very polite and asked her why she was immediately denying and she said she can do what she wants she is the notary if she doesn't want to she doesn't have to. She threatened me with cctv footage which I thought was very ironic you can review the cctv and absolutely see that I was never rude or disrespectful but you will see how hostile she is being on. You got the wrong people in this store.

  Rude staff, immediately refused service instead of assessing the situation. Talked down to us and threatened us with the cctv when the only people speaking threatening was the staff itself. Do not go here. This is a problem apparently going on for years and should tell you just how trashy this location is for fostering such an environment for so long.
