  Very disappointing experience. I came to this UPS Store on Saturday, August 22 at around 1:15 PM specifically to have a passport photo taken. The employee at the front desk told me, in a very rude and dismissive manner, “We are not currently offering this service.” I completely understand if the service was temporarily unavailable, but there was no reason to communicate it in such an unfriendly and dismissive way. Customer service and basic courtesy make a big difference. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this location.

  Today Nate and Two weeks ago, Matthew were very friendly and tremendously helpful ( much better than Kinkos Ashburn)in helping with my business printing needs. A+ Outstanding Service!!

  No facts were omitted from my previous review! Terrible Terrible customer service. My company has sent these same packages to UPS stores all over the country and never experienced this issue ANYWHERE in the country and has done this over 1k times…the problem is your store and it is highly unacceptable.

  Very rude staff! Avoid like the plague. My company had a package delivered there, they returned it the same day they received it and did not notify anyone the sender or me. Very lazy poor customer service.

  So everyone can put a face to the rude individuals that run this place as mentioned by everyone else in their reviews - Matthew and Joel. Do you know how many times customers like myself have stood in line outside to wait for these two to roll in a good 10+ minutes late past the store’s opening hours? Without a hi or a sorry to simply acknowledge the fact you are LATE, better yet even dare to hold the door behind you for any of your customers. Yet I show up today at 5:01pm when the store closes at 5:00pm with an infant in hand and get denied entry. Not only were you rude, but you also locked your doors and put up your gates prior to closing time. I didn’t even need to go into your store or talk to you (because honestly anyone that knows you two would rather help themselves in this store than attempt to talk to you moody people)…I needed to drop off two PREPAID packages in the dropbox. You two deserve to be fired for your lack of professionalism, unfriendliness, and horrible service. I hope UPS finally does something about these two so everyone else in the area can get better service by this store. These two employees are the absolute WORST!
