  I was there this morning to drop off a package and get a receipt. While the employee walked away, I turned the scale toward me to double-check the weight and take a photo, then turned it back. When he returned, he rudely told me that next time I shouldn’t “take anything” without asking. I didn’t take anything — I simply turned the scale and put it back. I also had to ask for my receipt even though I had already said I wanted one. His tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude. Giving a customer a receipt for a drop-off is basic procedure. I’ve used scales at 30+ UPS, USPS, and FedEx locations and have never had an issue like this.

  Came here to get a document notarized for a internship clearance, and the service was incredibly fast and professional. Highly recommend if you need a quick notary public on or near campus.   To the employee with the long beard: I’d appreciate a bit more patience when helping customers. Not everyone ships packages regularly, and some of us are doing it for the first time. When customers ask clarifying questions, it’s simply because we’re trying to understand the process. This is the second time I’ve had this experience, and I’m fairly certain I’m not the only customer who has felt this way. A little courtesy and willingness to explain isn’t that difficult.
