  Patrick was extremely helpful when I mailed several items, including a wood cross with 100 year old wood. He doubled-wrapped everything for me. He was easy to work with and suggested several mailing options. I highly recommended this store and working with Patrick

  The guy working here is very good at multitasking. I specifically only come to this ups store even though I live closer to another ups store.

  The man helping me was super nice, the little boy was rude and walked off as I was trying to be to get help. If you don’t want to work don’t come to work but it was super weird for him to just walk off as while he was helping me

  I used to really like this location, but lately they have tried to over charge me. I went there to mail a Mothers Day gift. It was in a standard padded mailing envelope. The clerk tried to tell me it was an "irregular" size, so I would have to buy a box to put it in, which would cost me an additional 7 bucks. Then, despite me telling her I only wanted ground shipping (the package isn't going that far), she tried to charge me over 70 bucks! I left and went to the post office, where I paid about 11 bucks, didn't need to buy a box, and it will arrive before Mothers Day. This same person did the same thing to me when I was mailing holiday packages. I've gone there for years, but I am never going back.

  As an independent business owner my mail is my lifeline! I opened up a PO Box here and got so so much more. The owners are incredibly hands on and always providing helpful solutions. I have had many urgent returns for clients and this store is my go to. Last month I tried them for my printing needs and they exceeded my expectations with both quality and price! They now have a loyal customer from me!
