  Great experience at this UPS Store! The owner was super nice and helpful. I came in to ship a package and they helped me with the packaging and made the whole process really easy. The customer service was excellent and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. Definitely recommend this location!

  Excellent experience at This UPS Store! I stopped by to drop off an Amazon return, and the process was quick and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They scanned my QR code right away and provided my receipt without me even having to ask. The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. The owner is very friendly and always greets customers with a smile. Great customer service every time.

  Very poor customer service from the female owner. This is not the first time but multiple times. I came to return a package. After scanning this owner of the shop demand me to bring the package to where she needed it to be. When I refused to, she asked how I brought it over a d that I can't bring the package the end of the store. The store is not even busy. What kind of customer service that making the customers work for the shop? And she doesn't seem to need our business. Her exact words were: "next time, don't come here anymore". There is a male owner who seemed nicer and more educated that I believe he keeps the customers coming back. VOID THIS UPS AT GREENBRIER as much as possible. Don't bring business to this kind of owner. If you don't want to do lifting and heavy job, hire someone to help, not asking your customers. Your customers are not your employees.
