  They charge $4.69 to print one return label, $4 and a $0.69 fee. Steep, but I was aware of this and was willing to take the hit because I haven’t unpacked my printer yet, and I was prepared to pay it. Then came the tape. The employee looked at my box and told me it needed more tape. He asked if I had any. I was standing there in shorts and a t-shirt, so no, I was not carrying tape. I asked if I could have a small piece of his. There were three tape dispensers directly behind him. He told me that was their tape, for their shipping, but that tape was available for purchase on the shelf. He identified the problem, confirmed I couldn’t solve it, then tried to sell me the solution sitting an arm’s length away. I picked up all sixty pounds of my returns and carried them back to my car. They get zero of my money instead. While I was there I also watched this same employee stand motionless while a small woman struggled through the door with a heavy package. I put my things down and helped her. He never moved. Cheap and apathetic, floor to ceiling. There are other UPS Stores. Be better.

  Ruby at the front desk provided exceptional service. I needed to have some documents notarized, but I didn't have any cash, and notarization is cash-only. She kindly suggested that I visit the nearby Harris Teeter to withdraw cash, which was very helpful. Ruby was quick, efficient, and clearly excellent at what she does. She was kind, caring, professional, and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated her outstanding customer service. I'm giving 5 stars because of Ruby!

  I’ve visited this UPS location many times, and the staff have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful to both me and my team. They consistently go above and beyond—helping us unload shipments, letting us borrow a dolly, holding doors open, and guiding us through any unexpected issues with our packages. Even though another UPS location is closer to my office, I gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to come here because of the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. The team truly makes every visit a positive experience.

  Rude and unwelcoming woman working the desk. No "hello" or "welcome", not even an "I can help you here". Apparently she also felt the need to be rude when pointing out that some of my boxes did not qualify as shipping boxes. There are several other UPS stores in the area and I will happily rebox my Amazon returns in proper shipping boxes and take them and my future business to them instead of this location.
