- DDdooshman09May 22, 20251.0I ordered a 12 inch chicken salad sub with the order confirmed by the the app and through the store. When I picked up the order, they advised that it was a wrap style order and refused to budge on the fact that on the receipt, it was a 12 inch with an Italian herbs and cheese. They refused to make the order correct and i left with the order despite this issue. I was unable to make a complaint on the app and now I refuse to make any orders at this location.
