  Sounds like it's a common experience. The manager herself is great, but the employee, whos a small hispanic girl provides the complete opposite experierence from the manager. She has so much atttitude and the service was horrible when she is working alone without the manager~

  One of the best places in Braddock road, the employees were nice especially the manager and the food was great also!

  Ordered online for pick up and I actually went into the store to watch the lady make my sandwich. The first question I asked was if the bread was fresh in which she never answered. Then she proceeded to put the sauces on before adding any toppings. I asked her if she could add the toppings first then she poured extra sauce on my sandwich and I had to ask her to stop. Let’s just say she ruined my sandwich, the bread is not fresh and now they won’t even answer the phone! I’ll never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here!
