Title/Heading: Terrible quality control - Barely any meat
I am deeply disappointed with the declining food quality at this location. Back in February, I ordered a sub here, but the meat portion was incredibly small, and the overall quality was unacceptable. I submitted a formal complaint through the website months ago, but the management completely ignored it. It is shameful how they treat loyal customers. I am still waiting for an explanation and proper compensation for that terrible experience.
I ordered a Footlong Steak Philly here, and it was an absolute joke. As you can see from the photo, there was almost zero meat in the sandwich. It was basically a veggie sandwich with a tiny hint of steak. I tried contacting customer service through the app right after, but I have been completely ignored for months. This is a serious food quality issue. Check your sandwich before you leave this store!
