  Grossly overpriced. Took an Epson XP-830 printer to this store today about 3:00. Was sending it to Epson for recycling and Epson had paid the FedEx shipping cost. I needed a box to send it in, told the FedEx salesman it was to be recycled, arrival condition not important. He charged me $24+ for the box!! I won’t be taking anything to that store again. Buyer beware!

  Went to send a fax to the IRS and their fax machine charged me for only 2 pages of a 4 page fax even though the screen said the fax did not go through and I canceled. The staff could not explain why or help and only said “a lot of people have trouble with the fax machine”. But she didn’t offer any assistance or explanation other than to say well the machine wouldn’t charge you if the fax didn’t go through BUT ONLY HALF the fax went through! So FedEx got paid for their machine fulfilling only part of the order. Wonder how often that is happening. Now I have to follow up with the IRS and you all know how easy that’s gonna be. :-p

  To the store manager and corporate I had a terrible experience at this location, I have done many printing here and beginning of April I emailed posters to print and on phone I was told $3.90 per square foot price and upon picking up I was charged triple what was told to me!!!!! Also on top of that was charged same day priority FEE! The worker his name James was very unprofessional, and was very rude towards me he does not know his job!!! Needs proper training when communicating to customers and trying to overcharge a returning customer….. Very disappointing to this location Old staff was not working they do better -

  Go to USPS for shipping if nearby Turnpike Station is open. Costs are similar, and service there is faster. FedEx's sole advantage is that they are open more hours, but there are almost never enough staff, and those working on printing take no initiative to relieve the shipping queues, even when they clearly could do so. I'd give the place a one or a two, but the photocopiers work well most of the time, and the staff who take packages mostly are efficient.

  Helpful and friendly staff. Edit 4/2017 After multiple packages shipped in 3 years I can safely say this is a GREAT FedEx. Have received prompt calls when home printed labels didn't scan etc. Above and beyond with multiple employees. Today the woman working the receiving counter was my hero.
