  Only good experiences here. I’ve never had an issue with a print order, and they’re always on time if not early. All the staff is super helpful, and the manager Mark is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met at a shipping/print business. Best FedEx store in the DMV

  Mark, The Store Manager, has to have some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, understanding and just a good guy. A little girl and her father had walked as I was waiting for my print outs, Mark greeted both of them and asked the little girl if she ever popped any bubbles? A healthy distraction for the little ones go a long way or errand days. Mark is upper echelon all the way, give this man a raise! Thank you Mark

  The best fedex I've ever been to, the staff are kind and super knowledgeable they go over and above their duty to help out frazzled, sleep deprived students. I cannot rave enough, thanks especially to Justin for lookin out. I will stop by with treats soon.
