Total administrative headache. I dropped off a package for Greece last Friday and handed over the invoice right at the counter. A week later, they called asking for the exact same invoice! I paid top dollar for priority shipping giving me a Tuesday delivery date, but instead, my package was held up days later because they lost the paperwork. Completely unacceptable service.

Deo was very helpful and kind. Printed my label and helped send my items off. Did not have to wait to be helped and the store was very well organized and clean. Would definitely come back. Thanks Deo!
