  I would give the store a negative 5 star rating if possible. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Rude and extremely lazy. The worker was just standing there behind the counter and told me to go behind the employee counter and pick up my items my self. It's as if his shoes were glued to the floor with superglue. He could not menage to walk the additional few feet and hand me my online order from behind the counter. I will never return to this location.

  "This store has fake online-only offers. They just want you to buy from them, but when you show up at the store, they tell you: 'We tried calling you to say the item is out of stock.' However, as soon as you leave the store and check their website again, you find it's still listed as available.

  I visited this location on April 23rd for a car battery replacement. Ahmed was welcoming, but parts of the interaction felt off-putting and somewhat condescending. I appreciated that he explained the available options, but when I responded “okay” while processing the options, he replied, “what does okay mean?” in a tone I found rude. There were a few other comments that I just didn't appreciate as a customer. While my service need was ultimately met, the overall experience would have been much better with a more respectful and lighthearted approach. I would likely choose a different location in the future to avoid a similar interaction.
