Never have what I need and the people working there are clueless about cars. I guess the fact that the address/location on Google maps isn't even accurate should be a sign.
Edit: Thanks for the response! Everyone else, go five minutes down the road to AutoZone for a much better experience.

I placed an online order in the morning and was informed that it would be ready within 30 minutes. After not receiving any updates, I had to call around 2 PM to check on the status of my order. Within five minutes after my call, I received confirmation that it was ready for pickup.
When I arrived at the store, I went to the area clearly marked “PICKUP.” One employee acknowledged me and said she would assist me after finishing with another customer. However, another employee saw me waiting multiple times and continued to avoid helping me. I would here be giggling within the employees which made me believe they did not want to help. She saw me and she looked away and hid behind the shelves. This frustrated me even more. After waiting even longer, the same employee who initially acknowledged me proceeded to help the next customer instead, and I was once again ignored and the other employee who ignored helped another customer, when clearly, she saw me waiting.
At that point, I had to speak up and did a reminder that I was there for an order pickup. The employee appeared surprised, as though she had forgotten why I was waiting. She then told me to come to her area, stating that I was not standing in the correct pickup location, despite the clearly visible “PICKUP” sign where I had been waiting for a long time. She never told where to go for assistance, all she stated she would help once she would be done with her customer.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced delays with online order pickups at this location, but this was the first time I felt completely ignored as a customer. From the delay in preparing my order to the lack of assistance in-store, the entire experience was very frustrating and disappointing.
I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received today.

This Advance store treats me very well. I’ve gone many times to buy parts for my car and they are very kind, especially Mr. Edwin he’s an excellent salesman. The people who help him are also great. Thank you very much to all of them.
I purchased 4 brake pads and rotors from the Fairfax Boulevard location, but they did not fit my vehicle. When I returned to process a refund, the manager, Edwin, initially attempted to issue me only about half of what I paid. I showed him the original receipt and my bank transaction as proof, but he still refused to correct the amount.
After a long discussion and multiple arguments, I finally received my full refund. However, I don’t understand why he refused to issue the correct refund in the first place when all the proof was clearly in front of him.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became argumentative and disrespectful. During the interaction, he even used offensive language in Spanish, calling me “cabrón,”( I believe this is a bad word) which is completely unacceptable behavior from a manager.
The shop’s clerk was very unkind ever! When I asked to buy battery for my car but she asked me “look up”. I don’t understand what’s meant so I asked again but she almost angry at me. So I am not able to stand with her actions, I left immediately.
