  I visit this location quite often. Mostly to return Amazon and Temu items. The service is quick and the employees have been very helpful and efficient. I'm so thankful to have a UPS store in Emporia. Thank you all for making my experiences, nice ones.

  I didn’t pay attention to closing time and made it after they closed. They still took my Amazon return so I didn’t have to make another trip. I would have totally come back but I am grateful! Great customer service even when they didn’t have to be.

  Every time I go, Madison seems to be working and it makes me want to not even go in. Young and obviously hates her job. She needs to work on customer service skills and drop the attitude and rudeness..

  Been here twice recently to return Amazon products since my local access point doesn't know how to print labels from QR codes. ??? Been quick and easy, just walk in, show them the barcode, give them the item, and done.
