Quentin & Laura, hands down the best service I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. Quentin and Laura at Advanced Auto Parts went way above and beyond to help me out. They were patient, super knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled right the first time. They treat you like family the second you walk in. Thank you both for the amazing help.

I will like to give a shoutout to Kevin at store #2700 I stopped in on 07/17/2026 to get 2 quarts of oil and I left my eye glass case with glasses inside I live in Durham and I reached out today and my glasses was there and I explained I needed them and this young man went beyond to make sure that I get my glasses back with customer service like this anytime I come through visiting Va I will stop in if it’s just to get an air freshener 😂😂 thank you so much KEVIN
