  I placed an order on September 30, 2026, at 3:30 PM; the staff were truly very disrespectful, and items were missing. Their attitude was terrible it was as if they were being forced to work. Whoever the general manager is really needs to speak with these employees

  This location is consistently understaffed with only a single employee working, which means that even if you order ahead AND allow extra time before picking up, you're going to be stuck waiting in line behind everyone else before whoever is working begins making your order.

  Amazing place to stop and get food Bradley and Tiffany are the sweetest me and Tiffany bonded I would say over our name they were amazing they were out of the hot honey and showed a lot of sorry for that definitely would come back if I lived in the area and was not busy for being around the time we went would have posted this as I was there but had to get back on the road

  Stopped here on our way home and as soon as we opened the door the employee said sorry we're closed. I'm going on my break and we're closed. So we left and went elsewhere. Very poor customer service. She couldn't wait 5 minutes to go on break so we could eat? Won't be stopping here again.

  This is at a gas station, but the minimart, subway, and burger king are in separate large rooms. At 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon there was nobody else at the subway the whole time. When we went in the door (which has a bell), the employee did not hear and come out for several minutes until another employee showed up. The store was freezing, probably below 65F. We ordered a turkey with provolone toasted. When we asked to have two different sets of toppings on each side, the first employee (maybe the manager) who was 25 feet away said we should pay for two separate 6 inch, which has never happened dozens of times at other subways. Then the second employee said it was the same meat, cheese and bread, so the first said ok then. There was absolutely no reason for that whole exchange. The prices for everything were about $1 more for 6 inch and $2 more for footlong than another subway I went to 3 days before, and this was not in an airport where you expect such gouging. Even the packaged chips were more. The lettuce and spinach looked old. They put way too much vinegar on. The bread was chewy like it had been microwaved or thawed at some point.
