  Long time business customer. Today they charged me to reprint a label without warning. I had the package and QR code ready. No disclosure of fees up front and the whole interaction felt dismissive. Poor communication, disappointing service.

  Went in to purchase a large shipping box for an air rifle, mentioned to one of the employees it was a air rifle and they didn’t say anything, purchased said box for around $30-40 I don’t remember, plus packing materials so in total $70-80. After finally packing the air rifle into the large box outside, I brought it in and continued the process to ship it and when they asked what’s inside I told them the same as before, an air rifle which they than proceeded to say it couldn’t be shipped due to it being illegal. I explained it’s not a real firearm and an air rifle that uses pneumatic air to shoot. They explained to me that due to not wanting to be fined they would have to reject it. Why waste my time and money purchasing something that couldn’t be shipped in the first place when your employee had full knowledge what it was.
