  Took 2 items to return to Amazon. The lady I talked to in the am was clueless . She measured the two items and said will cost you $52. Cause we need to pack it. I said I will pack it she said then we will charge you $42. I said but this goes back to Amazon prime and I have the return authorization, she responded even before I see what authorization you have you must be $42. I do not recommend anyone using this branch due to that ladies handling of my situation. Went to another ups branch and they were very helpful finished the job I. Less than 3 minutes and I wasn’t charged a penny.

  Very disappointing experience. The store had only one customer computer, and it wasn’t working. I needed to print documents containing my personal information, so I couldn’t just email them to someone else to print. It was frustrating that there wasn’t a working computer available for such a basic service. I hope they fix the issue and provide a more reliable printing experience for customers.

  Typical UPS store location. The workers are friendly and helpful. The only thing I'll say for UPS Stores is pack your own stuff and bring your own box or boxes. They will charge the heck out of you. That's not unique to this location so I didn't deduct a star
