- LDLisbeth DelcidMay 26, 20261.0I typically have a great experience with the staff here but tonight 5/26/26 the 2 ladies who where there were very unhelpful and dismissive. I called the store earlier to see if my package was there and one of the ladies told me to go online to track my package that it's the same thing they have access too. I then spent 20 mins trying to locate my package just to be told from a very nice lady at an access point in springfield that my package was in fact at this store. When i got there i witnessed the staff also being unhelpful to another customer (shout out to another customer for explaining box sizes to her) overall very poor attitudes, not friendly nor knowledgeable about UPS services. Poor customer service! Just these 2 ladies, I've come before and the staff has been great!

She walked me through everything step by step, answered my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth. Thank you, Leslie!

I paid for ground shipping of a flat envelope to a PO box address, not knowing it would be undeliverable per UPS policy. I got notified that it was returned to this UPS store. When I arrived to pick it up, the employees didn't even offer an apology for wasting my time and money. You'd think that UPS store employees would be well aware of UPS policies, and would have notified me that UPS cannot deliver to PO box addresses prior to taking my money. You'd also think that they'd have appropriate customer service skills to at least offer an apology.
