  The manager here named Jeffery seems psychologically unfit to manage anyone. Came in one evening and he was extremely helpful. Came in the next day to return a defective item and he was aggressive towards not only the employees but us as well.

  I went on Saturday, August 1st. I took a photo of the car part I needed. I showed it to him, and he told me he wasn't a mechanic and couldn't look up the part. I told him I wasn't a mechanic either—which is exactly why I was there, to get his help. He said it wasn't his job; he just sold things. He was a short guy wearing an earring. He walked away and left me waiting, and then another guy about the same age—who wore glasses and had a better attitude—came over, but I still couldn't find anything. If they work there, they ought to know how to find the part, or at least have a good attitude toward customers—after all, the customers are the reason they have jobs. Without customers, the store wouldn't function, and they wouldn't have work. If that’s how they’re going to act, they’d be better off just staying home and sleeping!

  If you need you battery tested, don't even bother with this location. They always say that the battery tester isn't working. The girl behind the counter actually said it's too hot out (was 70 when I went) then said the Wifi doesn't connect. Lol! Wifi? For a battery test? Give me a break. Sounds like laziness to me. I went to the Advanced Auto by Potomac Mills Mall and they helped me with no problem. No wifi necessary. I will never go back to this lazy store.

  Store Manager Thomas is exceptional great customer service. Top Notch Store
