Fantastic service from Andres and Davion at Advance Auto Parts! They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. A special thank you to Andres, who spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting an issue with my windshield wipers and finding a solution, even though the system was giving incorrect information. He didn’t give up and genuinely took the time to make sure the problem was figured out. I really appreciate the effort, patience, and professionalism from both Andres and Davion. Best service I’ve received at an auto parts store.

Outstanding experience here. Davion and Jeffrey went above and beyond to help me find the specific parts for my truck. To top it off, they both personally carried the parts out to my vehicle. I have never had two people assist me to my car like that. Phenomenal customer service!

Davion did an exceptional job in assisting me in determining and resetting the code for my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for the help, it saved me a trip to the dealer.

The manager here named Jeffery seems psychologically unfit to manage anyone. Came in one evening and he was extremely helpful. Came in the next day to return a defective item and he was aggressive towards not only the employees but us as well.
