Went to subway asked for a ham white and asked to make sure the bread was soft. They were fixing the sub asked for tomato and they put two slices on it asked for more the lady stated all they are allowed was that, which not true then stated she would put more. Got home got ready to eat, unwrapped it and the bread was so hard and rubbery you couldn’t eat it. Call the store and ask for a manager. She got in the phone and I explained what happened and stated I could bring it back for a refund or it could be remade. I told her I wasn’t going to drive 20 minutes to bring it back. I asked for her name and she refused, stating she was not comfortable giving me it so I could contact corporate. I will still be contacting them

The lady that made my sandwich was more interested in talking to the other worker than paying attention to what I wanted. Go my sandwich to go and the bread was stale. I would have returned it if I was there. Poor customer service and poor food quality.
