  Pretty disappointed in my policy. Been with you for over 12 years and never had 1 single claim! Then I finally had a storm damage my roof and blew some shingles off. Had multiple roofing companies come and look at it and said they could replace the missing shingles but when doing so it would cause a domino effect and damage the neighboring shingles causing even more problems. So what I thought is that after 12 years of never missing a payment I would definitely be taken care of right? NO! Your adjuster came out and looked at the damage and very conveniently came up with a figure for 4 hundred and some change dollars, well my deductible is $500 bucks saying that you guys would only replace the missing shingles! Hell of a coincidence huh? Anyways instead of taking care of my claim and properly fixing my roof I had to get the spots with missing shingles caulked and bandaided because I can't afford to replace the whole roof! Don't know the exact figure I pay a month for insurance but it's around $100. So $100 x 12(months) x 12(years) comes out to give or take around $15k. $15k and this is the kind of service I get. Let's see if you post this feedback on your website?!
