  I came to get my battery, and alternator check Monday the 27th because I have my late grandma car, her battery light is on, I explained to the lady that I'm just trying to keep her car on the road longer so I'm tryna find out the problem, everything was fine until she shut my grandma car hood, she wasn't in a rush so I don't understand how she was so careless with shutting her hood down without removing the latch that was holding the hood, she broke my grandma latch, and I understand some car don't use them anymore, but I need her to stop moving so fast because now I have a minor issue to fix that she caused. My grandma hood was jam because the stick broken when she shut it. Replace it maybe??

  Traveling from Out of Town. Rep was very helpful. Arrived at this location at 1420. Needed assistance with oil cap to put in a quart. Top of cap broke off. Rep came out to assist. Also advised where to get a new cap. I wish I took extra time to get his name. From travelling over night. Wanted to eat and check in hotel, Rep eased our worry of our travel home.
