  Hateful people. Standing at the counter. No nothing. He sees me standing there. Kept his head turned and wouldn't answer a simple question. Get another job if you hate doing yours!

  I wish I got the gentleman's name who helped me. I went to the zone store first and they ensured me it was a failing starter. I tried to ask if it could just be the battery and they said no its the starter even though I was able to jump the car with cables, so I ordered the part but on the way home, my intuition said to get a second opinion. I came to this store and he was able to tell me that it wasnt the part and that I just needed a new battery which was still under warranty. So I went back to the first store and returned the part. Got the battery replaced where I got it and the problem was fixed. I don't think I would have been very happy if I replaced the starter when it was just a battery. So for that, I thank you guys at advanded auto. For some reason auto zone battery scanner wasnt able to detect the failed reserve but the battery scanner at advanced auto did and its the only reason I didn't do unnecessary labor.
