  I wanted to give a quick thank you to Jon and Amber at the UPS Store today. I came in right before closing needing an important document notarized for my son’s high school trip. Even though they were about to close, they took the time to help me and were incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. What could have been a stressful situation ended up being a very pleasant experience. I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to help. Thank you both again!

  Frequently i use this location. Over the past couple of years using this location it’s been a range of employees, some great attitudes, some great work ethics. My favorite employee Gary, happened to have left. and now i feel that the store is missing its spunk. i approach this store with about 20-100 packages every day, and most of the employees are very quick and have me out in no time. they even offer to leave my receipt and for me to get it the next time i come in. Not Mark. he doesn’t want to help me. if he has too it’s almost like he takes his sweet time on purpose. I’ve asked if i can come back and get my receipts later he says he’s not liable. which i understand but the other employees do it, he might not have the same work capabilities. but i’m 70 damn years old. i get it done. he should be able to as well. if he doesn’t want to it’s not everyone’s else’s responsibility to deal with it. it’s the managements job to control the employees. I’ve seen multiple times of Mark playing on a computer while everyone is up working. If i was enabled to do that all day and be payed for it. than i would. I would take a look at the capabilities of everyone and understand that your team is being held down. I will use another location if this continues to be an issue because it’s to not fair to me or the other customers that have to wait behind me. i bring a lot of packages in to this location.

  staff was friendly. doesn’t make up for the inefficiency and incompetence, the old guy in there saw me standing at the counter on his computer for about 6 minutes before he decided to come to the front counter and stare at me, not even greet me or explain that he was available to help me. Then he says, can i help you, and i come up and i explain i have a truck and trailer load of packages and that i need a cart, he’s acts all happy and he grabs it, then gives it over to me an i had all 24 packages, mostly smaller boxes in the store in about 10 minutes and i waited about 52 minutes for him to scan and transfer all of these packages before giving me my receipt. there are other associates that do it within 5 minutes have me my receipt and they go on with there day. the old man “mark” clearly doesn’t wanna work and he doesn’t have the ability to get around the like other workers. They’re efficient and great workers and they get the job done. I’m lucky if i don’t see mark when i go in there. i’m a very usual customer. i’m upset that I seem to be the only one with this issue, i’ve spoken about this to a couple store associates and they must not have relayed any messages. it’s very frustrating and it’s not fair to me as a customer or his coworkers.
