  They deserve 0 stars but so i can make this post I'm going to go ahead and put a one star. However, I visited this store on the 7th of this month so i can send off a package and however the package was returned. I asked why and they stated it was because the address was wrong after mind you going over the address more then 3 or 4 times and it was also on the letter itself that i have presented to him. If the guy wasn’t taking me at the time and not finishing up with me before he takes the next customer he wouldn’t have ran into a problem. I go today May 17 and he asking me where a label on the package came from and did i bring the envelope in like that which I said no i purchased everything from y'all don’t you remember and he said no which is probably right because there is tons of folks that walk in and out of there all day. The fact you’re asking a customer where a label came from is beyond me especially when you should have seen the problem when you seen there was four different labels on the package. They should have accepted that they was wrong and just fixed the error instead of arguing and yelling. I must say the folks that walked in before me and overheard the disagreement said this happen to them before and it’s always with the same gentleman and with that being said this store needs to find a new manager bc clearly this one isnt working if it’s a consistent problem.

  UPS broke a jar in one of my dad’s packages even after being securely packaged so this time he simply asked for fragile stickers and apparently red hair girl got a passive aggressive attitude yanking fragile stickers and huffing. Idk we constantly hear use fedex instead for this reason. usually UPS is more convenient but a have dealt with attitude a couple of times from ladies at this location. The guys are always very nice and accommodating though.

  Literally terrible customer service, young man at the counter was extremely disrespectful and seems to think it is ok to argue with customers and say inappropriate things under his breath.

  I mean if you don’t have to talk to anyone it might be ok, but the customer service is -10 the young man I just encountered was either having a bad day, or just needs a hug. Because ugh. I won’t be back. Just praying my returns go through, because I think that kid could care less. After reading the reviews it seems this isn’t an unknown issue. Crazy

  Whoever the fat guy with the white beard is that keeps coming out from the back room and making comments is obnoxious , and it's not customer service oriented. I'm guessing he's the owner , but he is a total jerk. Most unhelpful experience i've ever had and totally would never go there again or recommend them
