  Had a mixed experience here with ordering a print job. To be charitable, my thought is that the business is under relatively new management and there appears to be a complete staff change (at least while I was in the store). The young man who served me was confused about pricing, tried to charge me $5 to cut one piece of paper bc the cash register said $5 for ‘card cutting’. In my opinion he should have just thrown it in free,. After I protested he ended up insisting I pay $1. When the final cost for what I thought I needed came out over $350 I asked to reduce the order by 50%. As the first price had already been charged to my debit card, he said he could refund the full amount to my card and then charge me the new price. There is more to this saga that will take too long, but suffice it to say I am still waiting for the refund on my card. I will be speaking with the manager today.

  I worked with Pradip at this store to have tri-fold brochures printed for an organization. The columns on the pdf I provided did not line up correctly - some of the letters were in the fold lines. Pradip worked with me for quite some time trying to realign the type but we were not successful. I opted to bring the document home so I could work with the creator of the document to realign everything, then mailed the corrected document to the store late that evening. Pradip called me the next day to advise the job had been completed and was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the brochures, Pradip reviewed them with me to ensure they met my expectations. I would recommend this store for printing, and other services.
