  The service was really good and the food was pretty decent. BUT!! It is so busy especially during lunch and takes forever to get my sandwich. It’s only one lady working and the lines get long sometimes. There should be at least 2 working during lunch!!

  Max was the most incredible person to handle my food I was extremely hungry and just finished a hiking trip with my friends at White Oak Shenandoah, I live out in Fairfax, I normally dont go out to eat food but figured why not just stop by for a sandwich and i didnt know what to order so i asked if i could just get a good recommendation or special and when i tell you this sub was DELICIOUS!!! Max has incredible service and really seems to not just work to make subs but he makes smiles on faces!😆 Thank you so much Max and staff that was also there she was helpful as well!! thanks for the Max Special!!!

  Took so long I didn’t even get to eat my whole hour lunch break took place trying to get a sub, the best part is!!!! No refunds!!!!!oh and let me add I ordered ahead of time through the app so they saw the order before I even walked in

  I usually come here to pick up my orders, and in the past I’ve had positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the customer service was disappointing. I requested that my bread be warmed, but only the chicken was heated instead. I also observed a piece of chicken fall onto the counter and then be placed back with the food, which raised concerns for me regarding food handling practices. Previous employees had always been very kind and attentive, so I hope management takes this feedback into consideration.
