  I would give this place 0 starts if I could. Around a year ago they convinced me to get the warranty on my windshield wipers with the condition that if I traded them in within a year I could get a new pair for free. I have now gone in about 5 times and feel that all they were doing was trying to scam me. Once I finally got a pair of windshield wipers blades, they were the wrong ones and cracked my windshield. I have never been more irritated in my entire life. DO NOT GET THE WARRENTY ITS A SCAM.

  We were on our way to the middle of nowhere in the middle of VA and my truck batteries were going bad. So we stopped in and had extremely good service from one of the store sales people. I wished I would've gotten his name to drop it in the comments. Only thing I know about him is he was a person who cares about his job and doing the best he possibly can to help you. He walked with a bit of a limp if that helps clarify things. He checked both of my batteries and found where they were both bad. He recommended a few different ways to fix the issue with a couple different batteries. I chose one expensive battery for all the electronics and one cheaper battery for the Auxiliary. He came out and help me and my son replace the batteries and had us back on the road In a jiffy. Again wished I would've gotten his name but he but he is definitely a very valuable and knowledgeable person to have helping. Thanks a million, Marshall

  Got there half hour before closing. Staff was super friendly and even gave me some good advice that I used on my car and it worked!
