  Really nice experience today. The staff was polite and took their time to get my order right. Everything tasted fresh, and the place was clean. You can tell they care about the quality. I’ll definitely be back.

  Quick service and fresh ingredients. My sandwich was made exactly how I asked. Staff were friendly definitely coming back. Clean place, fresh bread, and everything tasted great. The workers were nice and didn’t rush me.

  Went inside to order with a coupon for 2 foot long subs for $13.99. The coupon clearly says it can be used in-store and to present it at the counter. The cashier didn't know how to redeem it and called who I guess is the owner. The owner was very quickly dismissive and said they do not take coupons at the store and they could only be used in the app. This is a problem because a) I came in after the window to order online was closed so I couldn't do that and b) the coupon says it can be redeemed in-store. The owner offered a discount but made a fuss saying they would not accept coupons in the future but then didn't even honor the coupon and charged me $24. I showed the cashier explicitly where it says the coupon can be used in-store but they just kept apologizing and mumbling about how they don't take them anymore.
