  Paid $5.99 to have my package routed to this location for pick up, only to find out this location charges $5 for each day you do not pick up your order. I’ve used other UPS locations and never had this to happen. When choosing this location online, there was no verbiage regarding a fee.

  I want to give a huge shout-out to the two wonderful ladies working at The UPS Store in Colonial Heights, VA! ❤️ After I was turned away at the UPS Store in Chester, VA and told that I needed an appointment to have my fingerprints done, I was frustrated and unsure of what to do. Thankfully, I called the Colonial Heights location, and these two ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. They simply told me, “Come on down!” — and they took care of me. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made such a difference. They didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or send me somewhere else; they genuinely wanted to help me get what I needed done. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service! You turned what started as a frustrating experience into a very positive one. The Colonial Heights location is lucky to have employees who treat customers with such kindness and professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for a UPS Store where people actually care about helping their customers, I highly recommend this location!

  Have shipped from this location many times over several years to several different locations. All of a sudden there is no history of me. Came in right before closing, employees were very short and rude. Clearly in a hurry to leave. Other customers were coming in, 5 mins before closing, they were rushing to lock the door. Will never return to this location. 7/24/26 at 650pm.
