  Ordered subway on the app while at work in Richmond and accidentally ordered to this location (which is the one I go to at home), yeah that was my fault. I immediately called the number after I placed the order to have it cancelled (you cannot cancel an order on the subway app, subways you to call to cancel) and the number did not work. Since I could not get ahold of the restaurant I came by after work to see if they’d refund me since I could not get ahold of them. The lady that was working absolutely did not care and told me she already made the sub. The sub had been sitting on a table since 12:30pm and it was now 6:30pm. I asked if I could just get a fresh sub then since this has been sitting for 6 hours, the answer to that was “I already made this one”. Not a care in the world, the only option was to take the 6 hour old sub that I accidentally ordered. In the end I left without any food and they got my money. I don’t understand how a restaurant that takes mobile and online orders doesn’t have a working phone. The lady working is always fairly rude. Pretty much when I pulled up that day and saw she was the one working, I figured I’d have issues.

  Ordered on the app and when we arrived the older guy behind the counter told me it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes to get the sandwiches because "he was really backed up" while there were no more than 3 other people waiting for food. How long exactly does it take to make a sandwich?
