  Went in for a steak and got creamy potatoes and mac and cheese with it it was awesome My waitress was very helpful and nice

  Went to subway today, I placed my order and ordered it wrong, tried to call the store but the line was disconnected, I have proof that I tried to call 4 separate times but no answer. Sped to the store to try to get the sub fixed but the only response I got was “ the sub has already been created there is nothing we can do.” When I showed the older lady where I tried to call she said “our line has been connected so sorry nothing I can do for you.” When I asked her if I would contact the app for a refund she replied “the app won’t help you, your sub has already been made” I placed another sub order and the younger lady was very polite when making it. However I am heavily disappointed in the older lady in this store and the customer service I was received. MAKE HER RETIRE. Was a reoccurring customer will probably never step foot in this store again.
