The staff here at this location were great, they were quick to help and keep the line moving. More specifically, Tarah was exceptionally helpful. I just started a business and needed to see the quality of my work printed, she took a lot of extra time in helping me understand my sites measurements digitally to tangible. I had a lot of questions, She was very patient with my questions and in answering them. Truly thankful for Tarah!
The staff is always very pleasant, and informative. Very efficient! The business is clean and well organized.
I always read the lowest ratings for businesses and I was surprised by what I saw for this particular business because that has not been my experience at all. Compared to many other shipping centers I have used, this facility is a dream.

I've gone to this place like 10-12 times across six months so this is definitely not based on just one interaction - some staff members like Austin are super polite, but Ben is almost deliberately unpleasant every time I have to have an interaction with him? If you come in after 5:30 or have any problem at all that requires more than handing him a package, he will complain to your face about how much of his time you're wasting and how behind you're making him. This has happened maybe half the times I have gone. And listen, retail is killer, I totally get it, understaffing is a real problem, but like, maybe dont take it out on a random customer? And he wont just mention it the once. Today it was straight up an empty store and the help I needed cost him maybe 5 minutes max as he was able to walk away from the printer while the stuff was printing, and despite it being again, maybe a 5-10 interaction a full hour before close, he still talked the entire time about how I was causing him to get behind, how I should have placed an order ahead (which I guess is why he decided to charge me an additional 35 dollar priority fee??). Just an insanely uncomfortable and unprofessional reaction, Im honestly probably just going to go to a different Fedex because I sort of dread having to interact with him at this point
Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. My wife and I walked in at 6:55 pm to drop off a wallet for a return; a package that already had a shipping label created. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with, “Are you aware that our store is about to close?” He repeated this about 5 times throughout the interaction.
The employee who assisted us, Ben, chubby guy with glasses and beard, has been working there since 2020, made the entire process unnecessarily unpleasant. All he needed to do was scan the QR code, yet he continued to complain about the store closing instead of simply completing the task. If scanning a code takes more than a few minutes, that’s a problem with their service and training, not with customers arriving before closing time, especially if he has been working for 6 years and he cannot perform a simple task.
We weren’t asking for anything complicated, just basic customer service. He made a remark saying "normal people don't come in before closing time", we work all day and that was a time we could come in, it is not relevant to the fact the store closes at 7pm and customers should not explain themselves as why they walk in a store at X time of the day. Unfortunately customer service and an educated interaction was too much to expect at this location.
