  Please dont go!!! they have no ethics in coutomer service. Make you wait for long time! Not worth it. The employees dont care, they chit chat with each other waste time but do nothing. If you guys want to waste your store time please do. But dont waste a coustomer time. It’s my 7th time. It’s always the same and with everyone. The franchisee has to really work in-store to take care of it. So very bad experience every-time.

  Extremely long wait time. Slow worker. One worker only. Said single worker proceeded to rub meatballs on bread that already had cheese and other things on it then throw the meatballs back into the container to be used again. They were not planning on remaking them or throwing them away even though they were now covered in other ingredients. Don't recommend this particular subway. Especially if you have any allergy. That's dangerous.

  Food is good, but don't order in the app. There's no guarantee they'll even make the sandwich. This has happened to me four times.
