  I have tried NUMEROUS times throughout today to reach the Chilhowie Subway by phone, but have been unsuccessful. I need to preorder party trays for a rather large event and have some specific questions before placing my order. I understand that during busy times that a phone call may not get answered. However, I would think that at some point during the day business would slow to a point that the phone could be answered. It is my desire to purchase locally when possible, but in this case customer service is preventing it.

  We have been waiting the last 2 hours for a delivery and then they cut their phone off. I will be calling cooperate and will make a complaint, absolutely ridiculous, you're not even that busy at any given time

  Would not recommend. Workers are always rude. Always mess up my order or only get half of it then act rude because they messed up! Everytime you try to call, no one picks up. They have a sign saying they're too busy to answer but they were standing around, didn't seem too busy to me and i work fast food so i know busy. Awful experience.
