  Really bad service at this location. They get things wrong and are nonchalant to rectify it. Spend your money elsewhere.

  If there were zero stars, I would have chosen them. Worst customer service ever. Placed an online order. Got home to realize the order was wrong. Called back and was told by a young man a new order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20-25 minutes later to pick it up. New staff and no order. Was told "I don't know anything about that I just got here" by the employee that walked up. I asked for a refund to be told 3-5 business days, with attitude as she walked away and tossed the bag I returned. I stood there for a while at least 10 minutes thinking she was going to give me something to show a return initiated, but nothing.. actually never came back to the counter. Finally another employee walked up to ask if I was waiting on something. I explained I was waiting on info about the refund, but the person had walked off, leaving me there. She then walked to the back to the other employee spoke with her, and came back to the front to say that she's going to issue the refund, you can go. CAN'T MAKE THIS UP!!!

  Tyshon was very straightforward when it came to answering questions. Food was made well, very appreciative of my experience with this location.

  So disgusting and unhygienic! Im surprised they're still open. Literally saw one of the staff (a tall light-skinned man) preparing the food without gloves. The manager wasn't even aware this was going on. I kid you not, I turned right around and went to the Panera next door. You should do the same!
