  So I went in 06/15/2026 to get a document Notarized by a Notary at this location for a Vitail Statistics Form so that I could get a Replacement Birth Certificate for my son that was born in California that I just recently got custody of. I did that and uploaded the form to the website and the website flagged the form for being incomplete. Apparently the Notary did not put his name in the blank space before the words..........NOTARY PUBLIC, where the notary public is supposed to put their name. I personally am not a Notary and expect that they would know what they are doing as a Professional however I was incorrect in placing my confidence there. I called after I was emailed by the site to see if I could get it corrected, the man on the phone said sure its our mistake and come get it fixed. I went later that evening I beleive on the 8th of July around 5-6 pm and informed that there was not a Notary on that Shift, had I known that I would not have drove 40 minutes that evening, even though I asked how late do they stay open and I was reassured it could be fixed and get it corrected that evening. I was turned away and now was 40 minutes away without a corrected form. I planned on coming up the 10th but because California changed its policies it does not do third party webservices to provide Birth Certificates after 10 July 2026 and the Vendor I was using canceled my order and so thanks for doing it right the first and second time UPS, appreciate it but please keep my 10 dollars for doing it incorrectly. I know its not much but my Time and Expectations are another, retrain this guy, he's not very good at his job as a Notary if he doesn't know where to put his name on a common NOTARY Block.......thanks again ......

  Store posted hours are apparently not accurate. Went by 3 times in 3 days and the store was always closed even though the hours posted on the window said they should be open.

  I came in the other day and was having a rough time of things. Star was initially busy breaking down boxes but she stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately. She was so helpful and kind and despite being busy she seemed happy to help me. She made an otherwise stressful day a delightful experience and I highly recommend this location because of Star!
