  They got my packages sent out but the guy working the counter at 6:55pm, (I know this is right before they closed which I apologized for) was probably the rudest person I've ever met. I'll drive out of my way to go elsewhere in the future.

  This ups is extremely slow. The lines are always very long and the last time I was there I was very lucky and there was no one ahead of me. Guess what? I still had to wait the same amount of time as if there was a long line. Why? Because there were three workers there at the counter, but only one was working. The one that was actually working was finishing up something. The other two were laughing and cracking jokes with each other. This is exactly why the lines here are so terrible when there are actually customers. The work culture here is toxic. I always go to the one down the street at Chattanooga if I can. The other one also has a self service Amazon return machine which is so awesome. This one serves more customers so you would think they would have invested in one of those machines. I guess the owner has the same culture as the workers. Makes sense now. Do yourself a favor and go down the street if you can.
