    Third time I have had to reach out to customer service. No packages have any proof of delivery. I have personally seen driver in our area throw packages at people's apartment doors. This is why buisness in this location is experiencing less customers. Management needs to do better and hold employees accountable.

    Visited to return an Amazon gift. The young man that helped me was patient, friendly, and kind. He didn't mind explaining the shredding process (which I asked out of curiosity 🙂 )

    I was waiting in line and the manager said I could auto scan my item and get a receipt. I said I was fine waiting in line and wanted to hand it to someone and her response was “whatever then” that’s not how you speak to someone who was patiently waiting. I’d avoid this location!
