Even though they couldn't take my package because of the type of items they, were very helpful
I’ve been to this location multiple times and the employees always go out of their way to help. I’d like to especially point out Jay who always has a smile, and a warm and caring attitude. Absolutely great customer service.

Staff made mistake and shipped my box as SOLD when it should have been NOT SOLD. Staff was called to hold the box and told me they would hold the box but didn’t inform the manager. My box was shipped out of the store (heading out of the country) and the staff did not offer help to retrieve the box. No one took accountability for the mistake and all they did for me was telling me to call the customer service number. Very poor experience with this store.
Holly is the worse. Can't believe she still works there! Slammed the phone in my ear and I was just trying to get status on my invites for my nonprofit organization to help single mothers in the community. So glad my cause is much bigger than her response
Called the office to confirm passport photos were able to be provided digitally. Was informed by the manager that yes it was possible. I informed her that I was on my way and will be there in a couple minutes. Got there to be told she’s at lunch and give her 20 minutes. I said that’s okay, I’ll be back later. Came back and was informed that the manager is on a meeting call and it will be about an extra 30 minutes. I get it that things happens, but she did not bother to come out and apologize or have someone else take the photos or even say, hey give me a couple minutes I’ll jump off the call and take the passport photo and another staff can finish the process while she goes back to her meeting. She seems like a manager with no sense of people skills.
