  I haven't used this location but started to however based on the reviews. I will not. Just posting this comment to help others out because someone said there's isnt another location. There's a Fedex shipping office inside of Walmart in Midlothian near Hancock Drive or Road that's the one I use.

  I thought I was the only person having problems with Holly. I called fedex and asked them why she still there after people repeatedly complains about her. Her customer service and attitude sucks. It's said because the workers are awesome and have great customers service. Their attitude are top notch. I had a package being shipped to new york and it was somebody credit cards. Well they take the dash out the address. I asked her could she put the correct address off to the side. She told me no and I asked her could I correct it.. she told me No. I'm a retired letter carrier. If someone new or don't know the address has a dash in between. The package could end up anywhere and postage not cheap. Holly is not professional at all. And I stopped by the other day because I just left a borrower house. The other 2 guys greeted me when I came in. Before I left out I told everybody have a good day. You know who didn't open their mouth. And she started talking about me. One of the guys look right in my face. I reported her in the past because her customer service sucks and I know people that worked for her before and they have told me how disrespectful she is. And I have watched her. Her attitude stinks. So I have to take the advice...stop going even if its convenient. She's in the field. Customer service isn't Holly area. Find another job Holly because customer not your strength.

  We were in town from Chicago for the National Speech and Debate Tournament in Richmond. My son (and our teammate as well) placed second and received a VERY large trophy that we could not pack in our suitcase. A great problem to have but I was nervous about it being shipped and getting lost or damaged. Well, the three employees working there around 1 pm on Saturday were absolutely WONDERFUL and took such care in custom packing the trophy. One gentleman crawled into the box to make sure the packing was secure on the bottom before putting the trophy on top. Truly went above and beyond. It arrived today in perfect condition. I’m so grateful. Highly highly recommend!
