Worse customer service they stole my money and refused to reimburse me for a battery that didn't fit my work truck just because I payed cash and they keep it , offering a 550 amps for a 6.6 v8 engine cold start and laughed when I told him that I was gonna call corporate about it.

I reached out to Chris here at this advanced to help me source a drum of DEF. I manage a warehouse that has numerous diesel vehicles and we were buying it by the gallon. Chris was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as he was able to answer every question I had about automobiles. His help sourcing this drum for my company gave my warehouse over a cost saving of $800!!! The drum was at the branch in a very timely manner as promised by Chris, I was able to have my driver swing by and pick it up on his way back from a delivery, making our transaction flawlessly smooth allowing us to save more time and money. My experience with Chris and his associates will definitely bring my business back here and for the above reasons I recommend them to any one looking for knowledge and help this is your last stop.
