  My food always tastes great & nice and hot every time it's served to me. Also sometimes it's kept clean.

  This location is terrible!!! Customer service is non existent. My order was very simple ! 15 wings and some fries. At pickup I’m advised they are out of blue cheese. I ask for a refund for the additional cost I spent for extra blue cheese I’m told it has to go to corporate. I get home open my food and I was given 15 drums, not a flat in site. All I wanted was to come home and relax and eat my meal, now I don’t even want it. $40 down the drain

  I want to post this as a teachable moment. I've been in customer service since I was 15. Im now 37. I went to this location after placing a pick up order for 415 when I got there food wasnt ready no worries I was early. The issue started when the gentleman behind the counter didnt acknowledge me. He looked at me several times and said nothing he was too concerned with talking to a coworker. Then after about 10 minutes he asked me if I was placing an order or picking one up. I gave him my name then stepped back to wait. While waiting I watched everyone behind the counter absolutely no urgency no sense of pride in their work they moved slow & with disinterest despite there being 8 orders working. I stepped out to grab my phone & when I came back in the gentleman behind the counter again asked me if I was placing an order or picking one up. I repeated my name. When a new employee clocked in he just stopped working and walked off leaving her to prep pick up orders. Another customer brought back his food he was missing his fries. When I finally got my food I got to my car realizing the bag was way too light for what I ordered. Yes my name was on the bag but after inspecting it someone else food was given to me. I knew my order would be wrong because of what I observed while inside. No biggie headed back in when the manger asked me was everything alright I told him what happened, and my order was corrected the manger also gave me a free Cajun corn order. Quick fix. Then getting to my car I wondered why the bag was so greasy I mean they were dripping the entire bottom of the bag couldve busted thats how much grease there was. Why isnt the grease drained from the wings? Those wings were swimming! Now to their credit they were piping hot fresh so that was cool. I said all to say customer service jobs are a thankless profession I absolutely understand but these wingstops dont have all these complaints about employees for no reason. Litterlly EVERY wingstop in Hampton Roads has complaints about customer service. Every. Single. One. Many of them with the exact experience I had. Nonchalant employees. Some reviews have picture evidence. Showing employees sitting on counters, mentioning how they had to wait to be greeted etc. That needs to be addressed. Also they're extremely overpriced

  I found myself looking for a decent, quick, and affordable lunch on my work break and thank goodness for WING STOPPPPP. I was greeted before the door had a chance to shut and given awesome customer service. My food was cooked and super fresh OMG. This location is super convenient and on time!!!!
