I am just realizing that they have a 3.0 rating. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. I have ordered from this location many times and usually receive good service, which is why this visit was so frustrating.
I specifically ordered my wings cooked hard, and I understood that this special request might require additional cooking time. However, when I received my order, the wings were noticeably undercooked and rubbery. I immediately brought them back to the counter and explained the issue. The two cashiers informed me it would take an additional 20 minutes. I explained that I had already accounted for the extra time when placing my order and simply wanted my food prepared correctly the first time.
What concerned me most was the lack of professionalism displayed by the employees. The cashiers looked at each other and said it will take 20 mins. It wasn't until one of the cooks noticed the situation and came over to ask what the problem was. The cook took the wings back to be recooked, and I also returned my husband's wings because they were not prepared properly either.
Unfortunately, when I arrived home, the wings were still rubbery and undercooked to my satisfaction, forcing me to finish cooking them in my own oven. As a paying customer, I should not have to recook food that I specifically requested be prepared a certain way.
In addition, the overall atmosphere appeared unprofessional. Two young men came in to order and one of the girls said “the food will take 45 minutes you can wait if you want to!” And they left like they do not want people coming in and ordering maybe they did not working to hard! The employees seemed more focused on joking around with one another than ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. The cashiers were not wearing Wingstop attire they had on mid drift sweat pants and shirts. I have always enjoyed Wingstop and have been a loyal customer, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope management will address the issues of food quality, employee training and customer service to ensure future customers receive the experience they expect from the Wingstop brand.

Usually I come here and everything is fine and tastes good but today I came and the employee refused to take our order and said if we want food to order it online.

My partner and I were greeted when walked in, but we were asked if we were picking up. I said no, we would love to dine in if that’s okay’ and then the man ignored us, and left is Feeling very unwelcomed. To where another person came to take our order. My family and I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered through doordash and called to ask if I could get my la voodoo sauce on the side, the first guy said no problem and then ordered a second time and she stated they didn't have containers to out them in.
I had a great experience at this Wingstop location on Volvo. They allowed me to place my order in person, which I really appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed.
One thing that stood out was how well the team worked together—you could tell the staff genuinely got along, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean and well-kept.
Overall, a smooth, pleasant experience with great service and even better food. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Update.
I am very disappointed with the professionalism at this Wingstop location. Associates were sitting on the counters, no one appeared to be in uniform, and I did not see any gloves being worn while handling food. When I walked in and greeted the associate, she immediately responded with, “Picking up or placing?” while still sitting down with her back facing me.
I normally visit this location 4–5 times a week because Wingstop has been one of my favorite pregnancy cravings, but after this experience, I genuinely do not plan on returning. Customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism should be taken much more seriously.
