  This u p s store always has great customer service and usually never too long of a line. When they do have a line, they are moving proficiently and have all workers at the register. They are friendly. They greet you when you come in and help with any needs that you may have. When shipping or printing or mailing items out. They have a variety of gift wrap options. And they have multiple services. Besides just shipping mail off. There's plenty of parking at this location.

  I took a package back to this location to be returned to a place of Service only to get a notification from the place of service stating that three items were missing and when I called this location I spoke with a nasty little girl named Skylar who when I informed the reason of my call she said Oh my God I then asked to speak with a manager and she claimed there would not be a manager onsite until Monday I would give this location a negative star if I could and recommended not taking anything to this particular location if you are returning something I will also be letting the BBB know about this and taking it to corporate as there is and are clearly thieves at this location Please be careful about leaving your things with this location or take pictures of your items had I known I would have never went to the UPS Eden Way location
