  This Ups store is reliable, always professional and courteous. There is never a long wait since they are usually staffed well.

  Everytime I visit the store they greet me. The store is clean. I get helped with within 5 mins of walking in the door no matter what

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I shipped a domestic package from Virginia to Puerto Rico (6 lbs), and was charged $145 more than the value of the contents (no more than $80.00). I was not informed of the total cost upfront, nor offered more economical domestic alternatives. Additionally, the contents of my package were marked as “USED” without my consent, even though the items were new. This lack of transparency and inaccurate description is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
