  The UPS Store is hands down the best! The staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially love that they proudly play worship music—it creates such a positive atmosphere every time I walk in. Their customer service is unmatched, and it’s the only UPS Store I’ll go to. Highly recommend!

  Maria provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making the shipping process quick and easy. She answered all of my questions and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s always refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers.   Marie was rude and unhelpful. She made it impossible to mail a package. She proceeded to ignore guests to chit chat with fellow employee. She would roll her eyes when asked questions and not even give any verbal answers back. Just “mmhmm”. I understand she is well versed in package delivery because she works there, but not everyone goes to ups on the daily basis. She should show a little grace and be understanding when other people may not have all the answers. She definitely needs to be retrained on her customer service skills.

  The UPS employee Zoe at the UPS store on Cedar Road was so attentive, courteous and professional with my package going out to Canada. I am thankful for her expertise and her time and patience with me. I love this UPS store. All the employees are always kind and so very helpful with all my shipping needs and they do so much there like printing, mailboxes, packaging, shipping, I can't forget they do Amazon returns and so much more❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ Cedar Road UPS store is definitely my go to store ✨✨✨✨✨

  At this UPS, the service is poor and the short clerk with the glasses covering up her name she’s rude. She couldn’t answer one simple question without me getting in a 40 minute Lying to say yes or no 40 minutes to give a yes or no answer not to go and look for something look up something on the computer just a simple yes or no you wanted me to wait in line for 40 minutes so you can’t move your hands and your lips at the same time SMH
