  The UPS Cedar Rd location Is consistently awesome. Their employees are, without fail, super efficient, friendly and professional. I use this location frequently and I’m always in and out with no delay. On the rare occasion when there has been a small line, I use the self-service kiosk which is handy and easy to operate.. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in and always provide great service. Great employees and efficient operation!

  Orchid helped me make multiple returns all at once-- including a router from Verizon, which I didn't even know the UPS store would take! She was polite, professional, and quick!

  I use the store on Cedar Road very often and the staff are always very helpful. A particular shout out for orchid who has always been Great

  My package wouldn’t fit in the container and the young lady called me over and took care of it very quickly. She asked if would like to purchase stamps, which I didn’t realized are offered. I did need stamps-this saved me a trip! The employees are very pleasant and I’ve never had a poor experience that this location.

  Every time I’m in this store I tell them how thankful I am they are there. Soooo happy to have this location, which is incredibly convenient. It’s always clean and they move folks fast. Everyone is uber pleasant and helpful, specifically Maria who helped me today. They’re always playing relaxing, inspirational music, and the self-help kiosk is just gravy. Thanks to all at this UPS location on Cedar Road! Truly the best!
