  I come to this subway often because my office building is down the street and I live close by. Outside of a young man giving me the wrong change one time I have had zero issues in my almost 3 years coming to this subway. I do apologize for not knowing names but there is a black woman that is plus-size that anytime I come in it’s a pleasure. I really wish I knew her name to highlight her customer service skills but I just remember she has a nose ring and wears a single gold earring. That woman makes my food with a smile and our interactions are always positive and as a customer that’s what I expect every time. Today was a different story. It was a different black woman today I made sure to get her name. She stated her name as Lisa. When I came in she was outside smoking a cigarette. I watched her come from outside and immediately try to start preparing my food. I asked her to wash her hands and she immediately gave me attitude. Lisa after washing her hands her attitude was terrible and she spoke to me like I was inconveniencing her. After receiving my food I didn’t even eat the sandwich cause the smell of her cigarettes was on the wrapper. I only have 45 minutes for lunch so I feel like I wasted my time and money today. I did ask her if there was a manager I could speak to or leave my number for and she said she was the new manager and she said it in a way to kind of shut me up. I understand having a bad day chica but how I was treated and spoke to today as a paying customer was unacceptable and I nor my husband or children will be returning.

  Worker who delivered the curbside order chucked the sandwiches into the car because she mistakenly thought I was beeping at her.
