Walked into the subway… the manager Sierra instructed the employee behind the counter to start making mobile orders. Not once acknowledging the two customers that were standing at the counter. Stood there for approximately seven minutes while they made four sandwiches and didn’t say a word to us. We left and went next-door to get some delicious tropical smoothie café food.

Food was fine. I ordered from the app and 5pm it said order would be ready at 520pm. The app even showed that my order was ready for pickup. Get to the store my order was not ready and they finished all the guests in line before making my order. Had to wait another 20 mins. The workers were moving at a snail pace with 0 urgency.

Out of all fairness I gave this review some time... and I'm still as compelled now as I was then to report how terrible of an experience I had at this Subway. Came for a sandwich an was met with attitude. Customer service was the worst. Not much to say but we would nEVER eat here again. Stay away, people. Save yourself the time and energy of being mistreated without reasoning.
